Who will offer presentations at the CCUC/Fs? Each group that wishes to will develop a presentation that best communicates the particular concern, position, solution, or interest of that group. It might take the form of a panel discussion, a lecture, a theatrical performance, or perhaps a film showing. Each special interest group develops its own program and finds a location for its event. The CUC/F producers can work with groups presenting events to help them obtain the best facilities available. In your community, these might include schools, community halls, and church facilities. Some may have a clean-up fee attached to their use. Furnish this information to the groups that want to present a program. (This is a useful place for sponsor donations.) At the CUC/F site, designate room for information booths, craft booths, and other displays. The CUC/F production crew serves to coordinate the events so they do not compete with each other. The CUC/F production crew is also responsible for promotion of the entire event, including a complete program listing. This program should be distributed before the CUC/F so the folks who attend will have plenty of time to be aware of the schedule. Every attempt should be made to include a schedule in the local newspaper (possibly a way to use some sponsor money -- don't forget to thank those sponsors in the paid ad) (For specific examples of past group participation during a community CUC/F, see CUC/F Program Circa 1971, page 17-20?)
